CATIA only top level asm is checked out in CATIA WGM

Problem:
	If in CATIA a user is trying to check out a ASM or Drawing and they only
are able to check out the top level in WGM there could be several issues at play:

1) Make sure that the user has The doc dependents in his check-out pannel set
   to "All". Parts also needs to be set to "All"

2) Make sure that when the user adds the asm to his Windchill workspace (NOT CATIA)
   it pulls all dependences with it.

3)  In windchill, from the ASM's Document details page select "Structure" 
    so that you can see al the ASM's related structure

	 -Check the contexts so that you can be sure there actualy is structre
	  listed. If not check the details of the missing component

		 -If the component is listed as secured information you will need to move
	 	 it to a place where it is visible to the user
